Susie is a yoga teacher with a particular passion for sharing yoga and promoting physical, mental and emotional wellbeing for all ages and body types. She offers considered, breath-led, flowing vinyasa yoga classes, with a focus on encouraging each individual to use the practice to serve them, wherever they are and whatever their needs. Her training has been anatomy-focussed and her classes offer the opportunity to improve strength, range of motion and the ability to calm the nervous system safely.

She completed her 300-hour advanced teacher training with well known teacher-of-teachers, Jason Crandell and originally trained with Naomi Annand and Adam Hocke, at Yoga on the Lane in Dalston.
